About this role

The Senior Principal Field Application Engineer will drive technical support actions to ensure business creation at major Automotive accounts, across Nexperia's product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for driving design wins in target accounts.
  • Drive customer visits and trainings for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment.
  • Leads proof of concept, solution design, and demonstrations to secure the win.
  • Synthesizes customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps.
  • Runs project management of Nexperia design-in campaigns for assigned customers.
  • Qualifies sales opportunities and establishes Nexperia's value proposition.
  • Owns the block diagram process to ensure broader technical team understands system requirements.

About you

  • University degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in design engineering and application engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Target driven, shows initiative, and has an entrepreneurial attitude.
