Job Summary

Untergrundspeicher is seeking a highly skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Drilling Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of drilling and workover rigs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rigup, Rigdown, and skidding of drilling and workover rigs, including loading and relocation work.
  • Running in Hole and Pull out of hole different BHAs.
  • Tubular running services, including screwed and welded casings in various dimensions, setting of plugs, and P&A jobs.
  • Mud processing, including treatment according to predefined mud conditions, measuring of mud parameters, cutting treatment, and disposal.
  • Monitoring and compliance with prescribed parameters during drilling and all rig operations, mud logging.
  • Work in compliance with mining, technical, and public safety and environmental protection requirements, as well as troubleshooting.
  • Maintenance and repair work in cooperation with craftsmen.

Requirements

  • Technician, master, or skilled worker with several years of professional experience, preferably in drilling/workover, well intervention, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in drilling technology and operation, rigup/rigdown of drilling and workover rigs, mud technology, and accident prevention regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Good German language skills (min. Level B2); knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Driving license class B.
