Drilling Operations Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain drilling and workover rigs, ensuring safe and efficient operations
  • Run in hole and pull out of hole various bottom-hole assemblies (BHAs)
  • Perform tubular running services, including casing installation and plug setting
  • Monitor and control mud processing, treating and disposing of drilling fluids as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with craftsmen to perform maintenance and repair work

Your Ideal Profile

  • Technician or skilled worker with several years of experience in drilling or related fields
  • Knowledge of drilling technology, rig operations, and mud technology
  • Ability to work at heights and possess good German language skills (min. Level B2)
  • Driving license class B
