About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Best Western Hotel Würzburg-Süd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise front office staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and develop new revenue streams
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and local partners
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hotel management or front office leadership role, preferably in a similar-sized hotel
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
