Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee all activities necessary for the successful execution of assigned projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules from late-stage development through to project completion, focusing on deviation analysis and its implications.
• Create detailed work breakdown structures to effectively achieve project objectives, supporting tendering, RFI, and RFP processes.
• Ensure compliance with all acceptance criteria as stipulated in contractual agreements.
• Keep leadership informed of project risks, particularly regarding scope, finances, timelines, HSSEQ, and potential impacts on external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies, emphasizing the adoption of digital tools and modern technologies for efficient project management.
• Promote a culture of safety and well-being in the workplace.
• Report to the Head of Construction and Project Management regarding project scope, finances, timelines, and HSSEQ.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized solar projects, both locally and internationally.
• Basic knowledge of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical principles and drawings.
• Proven experience in managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Project scheduling techniques.
• Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of Lean, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
