AI Researcher in Digital Pathology

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and clinically validate deep learning algorithms in digital pathology to improve diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize models and analyses for sustainability and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Expand knowledge of pathology through applications of explainability and interpretability techniques, and extensive feature analysis.
- Evaluate, present, and interpret results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct independent literature reviews to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital pathology.
- Manage and maintain data quality, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science, engineering, statistics, bioinformatics, physics, or mathematics.
- Advanced programming skills, experience with high-performance computing, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C2 or higher).
- Strong motivation, enthusiasm for applied clinical research, and above-average commitment.
