Sennheiser is seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to join our team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in uncovering customer needs and ensuring emerging solutions are aligned with customer benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enabling product teams to make informed decisions through systematic and valid customer research
  • Identifying needs for complex and cross-functional UX issues and steering research activities to address them
  • Contributing to building structures and processes for efficient and scalable UX Research within the organization
  • Developing guides and templates, and providing training in UX fundamentals, mindset, and methods to empower project teams

Requirements include:

  • A degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, User Experience, Service Design, or similar fields with a focus on data collection and analysis
  • Several years of professional experience in independently deploying qualitative and quantitative methods in UX Research
  • Ability to conduct User Research in both English and German
