We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Previous retail sales experience an asset; willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
