Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Growth and GTM Learning: Immerse yourself in the world of Growth and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies within a B2B SaaS startup. Gain hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of how GTM processes and strategies drive business growth.
- Customer Attraction and Deal Closing: Lead efforts to attract potential customers, generate meaningful conversations, and close deals. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue and expanding our customer base.
- Strategy & Process Improvement: Continuously refine and improve our sales processes and approaches to make them more compelling and effective. Your input will be crucial in enhancing how we present our value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Team Development: Play a key role in preparing our sales team for scaling. This includes developing processes, training materials, and strategies that will enable the team to grow and succeed as we expand.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- You are eager to learn about Growth, GTM, and Customer Acquisition in the startup ecosystem.
- You take initiative and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- You are a team player with a strong ability to self-organize.
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written.
