Director of Engineering Audio Systems

Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Engineering Audio Systems to lead our audio engineering departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to electroacoustic technology and audio electronics across our entire product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new products and technologies to support our audio systems business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of audio systems with other Bosch products
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and growth in the audio systems market
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to design, develop, and test audio systems products
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for audio systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in audio systems engineering, with 5 years of management experience
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation in the audio systems market
  • Strong understanding of electroacoustic technology and audio electronics
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
