Sales Engineer for Technical Solutions

We are currently in search of a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) to engage with clients and research institutions across the DACH region. This role is pivotal in promoting our innovative solutions and fostering partnerships that enhance nucleic acid analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging potential clients and research organizations through various outreach methods, including email and professional networking platforms.
  • Facilitating client meetings to articulate the advantages of our technologies and tailor support to their project requirements.
  • Coordinating educational workshops and webinars to broaden our customer engagement.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and trade exhibitions to connect with key stakeholders.
  • Offering expert guidance, training, and technical assistance to ensure customers derive maximum benefit from our products.
  • Maintaining and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identifying and pursuing new collaboration opportunities and partnerships.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our online presence, marketing initiatives, and presentation materials.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in molecular biology or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Active participation in molecular biology-related events.
  • Proficient networking skills within the industry.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in German with excellent English communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork.
