Sales Engineer for Technical Solutions

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our customer acquisition and support efforts in the DACH region. This role is crucial in promoting our cutting-edge solutions in the field of nucleic acid analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with potential clients and research institutions through various communication channels.
  • Conducting meetings with customers to illustrate the advantages of our technologies and assess their project requirements.
  • Organizing educational workshops and webinars to broaden our customer outreach.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and trade exhibitions to connect with key stakeholders.
  • Providing comprehensive training and technical assistance to clients for effective product utilization.
  • Managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Identifying and pursuing new collaboration opportunities and partnerships.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of our online presence, marketing strategies, and presentation materials.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in molecular biology or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Active participation in molecular biology-related events.
  • Excellent networking skills within the industry.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region.
  • A collaborative mindset with a positive outlook.
