What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Expert to perform independent valuations for businesses and tangible and intangible assets. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and valuation modelling, while ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform complex valuations and financial modelling for clients across various industries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and executives.Contribute to practice growth and development, identifying new business opportunities and participating in key proposals and presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ensure that our valuation practice remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Master's degree in corporate finance, financial engineering, business administration, or economics.A minimum of 5 years of experience in valuation and financial advisory services.Strong knowledge of company valuation methodologies and experience creating flexible forecasting and scenario models.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.Business fluency in English; French or German fluency would be considered an asset.
