Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our industrial plant engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale industrial plant engineering projects, including electrical engineering tasks.
- Oversee and coordinate both basic and detailed engineering tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Lead and coordinate project-related teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and installation companies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with scheduling, workload planning, budget tracking, and cost calculations, ensuring project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration, driving project success.
- Design and engineer equipment for substations, including switchgear, transformers, and UPS systems.
- Design electric drive systems, including motors and converters, and support grid and load calculations.
- Design and plan cable systems, lighting, communication systems, and earthing, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Create and evaluate technical requests, ensuring timely resolution and project progress.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent certification.
- Professional experience in industrial and plant planning, with a strong background in electrical engineering.
- Proactive and communicative, with experience in leading small teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledgeable in document management and occupational health and safety, with experience in explosion protection and plant safety.
- Familiar with CAE systems and engineering databases, with proficiency in the MS Office suite.
