Electrical Engineering Project Manager

At Leap29, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Project Lead to manage large-scale industrial plant engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and coordinate both basic and detailed engineering tasks, leading and coordinating project-related teams in electrical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement electric drive systems, including motors and converters, and support grid and load calculations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Support specialist construction management during execution, assembly, and commissioning phases.
- Manage and coordinate project-related teams, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent certification.
- Proactive and communicative, with experience in leading small teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledgeable in document management and occupational health and safety.
- Experienced with CAE systems and engineering databases.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
