Job Title: Software Architect
Job Summary:
Optimus Search is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance fintech applications using Java and related technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the architecture, design, and implementation of our fintech platform, leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance fintech applications using Java and related technologies.
- Microservices Architecture: Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions to meet the complex requirements of our fintech platform.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Guidance: Drive architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
- Cloud-Native Solutions: Design and implement cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and other cloud technologies to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance the capabilities of our fintech platform.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Java Architect designing and developing complex, enterprise-scale applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring Boot framework, extensive experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns, hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
