- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring they meet the company's technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system designs, and implementation plans.
- Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles such as architect or lead developer, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in middleware technologies, system integration, and messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Java programming, Spring Boot, JUnit, Gradle, REST, MQTT, AMQ, Apache Kafka, Kafka-Streams, and Kafka-Connect.
- Experience with cloud services, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services), and tools like OpenSearch, Kubernetes, and CloudFormation.
- Proven experience with version management and continuous integration, particularly with GitLab/GitLab CI.
- Desirable Skills:
- Ability to analyze new business and technical requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with agile approaches such as Kanban and Scrum in self-organized teams.
- Strong documentation skills, capable of producing understandable technical documentation.
- Problem-solving skills with experience in analyzing and addressing complex technical issues.
