Hearing Solutions Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in Cuxhaven. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to customers
- Implement sales routines and maintain optimal processes in the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships
- Use customer data to contact customers by phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g. market days and health fairs)
- As a data administrator, you will carefully maintain customer information and keep it up-to-date
- In the context of store organization, you will support the planning of deployments, manage the calendar, and take care of order and inventory management
Requirements:
- You have successfully completed your training as a hearing care professional
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy advising and selling
- You possess strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy
- You enjoy working in a team and strive for common success
- You are an organizational talent with high flexibility and a sense of responsibility
