• Manage technical aspects of construction projects for wind energy systems
• Develop project schedules
• Oversee planning, tendering, billing, and acceptance of construction services
• Document projects both locally and internationally
• Review invoices and conduct inspections
• Obtain necessary permits
• Provide construction supervision
• Maintain relationships with partners and clients

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in construction management within Germany
• Knowledge of foundation construction and soil mechanics
• Experience with road and foundation construction
• Familiar with construction regulations and standards
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Additional qualifications in construction safety are a plus
• Fluency in German
