At Siemens AG, we're seeking a talented Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with local QM&GCC managers to drive, plan, and implement quality gates in manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Coordinate teams for complaint analysis and conduct root cause analyses to implement preventive actions.
  • Directly report to the local SI EA QM&GCC manager and manage the full implementation of related quality processes.
  • Analyze production quality and moderate Value Stream Mapping workshops and process FMEAs.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the implementation of quality gates within processes.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality Management and knowledge in manufacturing technologies.
  • Core quality methods like FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, and VSM at a professional level.
  • Certified auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Experience in Project- and Lean Management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
