Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Siemens AG. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze Non-Conforming Components (NCCs) and conduct root cause analyses to implement preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with process owners to implement quality gates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of quality processes and analyze production quality to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping workshops and process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to optimize processes.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the effective implementation of quality gates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality Management and knowledge in manufacturing technologies.
  • Core quality methods like FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa Diagram, and VSM at a professional level.
  • Certified auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Experience in Project- and Lean Management is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
