About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through lead generation, qualification, and handover to our account executives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will prioritize, respond to, and qualify inbound leads across multiple customer segments and verticals, championing a customer-centric approach.
- You will engage with warm outbound leads, continuously qualifying the prospects' interests and needs whilst generating interest in the DataGuard product portfolio.
- You will optimize and streamline internal lead-handling processes, working closely with revenue operation to ensure a seamless sales journey.
- You will support the outbound function in identifying prospects, list building, cold outreach, and improving conversion rates.
- You will collaborate closely with our account executives and expert consultants, helping to get the deal over the line.
- You will have the ongoing chance to learn, grow, and move forward in your position, all whilst creating a strong foundation for a lucrative career in tech sales.

Profile
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A university degree in a business or technology-related field of study (or comparable).
- First exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment, such as through internships or working student positions.
- Native German proficiency, English a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of comprehension.
- Individual proactivity, assertiveness, and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
