Canon German Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers who are experiencing issues with Canon imaging products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve technical issues and provide troubleshooting solutions.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide strong, professional relationships with all partners and demonstrate empathy at all times.
- Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work and internal targets.
- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face.
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible.
- Turn every customer into a happy customer.
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in German.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Tech savviness.
- Solution-driven out-of-the-box thinking.
- An empathetic soul with the communication skills to match.
- A positive and adventurous attitude.
- A willingness to learn and absorb knowledge and experience.
