Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales process for our Renewables Division, focusing on Offshore Wind Service.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage complex proposal and tender processes from lead generation to contract closure
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders in the offshore wind industry
  • Continuously improve business processes, commercial concepts, and sales documents

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales processes, with a proven track record in contract negotiations in the wind industry
  • Commercial and legal expertise, with a strong understanding of the offshore wind sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build networks effectively
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
