Renewable Energy Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Policy and Public Funding Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, applying for, and managing public funding opportunities for our green hydrogen and related projects in Germany.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy and hydrogen technologies, as well as experience in policy frameworks and advocacy. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Policy and Public Funding Manager will work closely with our international project development and engineering teams to ensure funding requirements are met and project timelines are on track. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government agencies and funding partners, as well as participating in associations' workgroup meetings and developing content with the team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a new and exciting market, contributing to the achievement of decarbonization targets and further developing our Renewables and H2 organization. They will be part of a strong international team spirit atmosphere with team members in various international locations and a positive, caring environment.
The position is based in the beautiful center of Hamburg, with an attractive package tailored to the candidate's experience and expertise. The company is committed to the potential of hydrogen and its derivatives, such as SAF for decarbonization where electrification is not possible.
