Worn-out and new gas turbines are repaired and upgraded through complex processing methods. New challenges require technical solutions.
How You Can Make a Difference- Responsible for inspecting gas turbine blades
- Inspection of tools, fixtures, tools, and workpieces for damage or anomalies
- Inspection of work documents before starting activities for completeness
- Compilation of required materials based on work orders and processing of various components with diverse working procedures according to specifications
- Turbine blades are processed and inspected in various areas by you according to technical specifications
- Conducting various quality-assuring inspections and measurements on components and comparing the results with technical specifications
- Development of ideas for improving activities
- Collaboration in the team, you exchange ideas with your colleagues on problems and improvement ideas
- Current inspection certificates (DGZFP): in the inspection procedures: VT2, PT2 are a must
- ET2, MT2, and UT would be desirable
- Successful completion of training in a metalworking profession
- Several years of experience in a relevant field
- Manual skills and already experience in processing high-strength metal materials
- Methodological knowledge for continuous improvement and LEAN desirable
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Team player, flexibility
- Good German language skills
- English language skills are an advantage
