Job Description
As a Material Inspector at Siemens Energy, you will be part of a motivated and innovative team responsible for the production of gas turbine blades. Your tasks will include inspecting and testing materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet the required standards. You will also be responsible for verifying the completeness of work documents and preparing materials according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet the required standards
- Verify the completeness of work documents
- Prepare materials according to specifications
- Perform non-destructive testing and inspections
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and quality
Requirements
- Current inspection certificates (DGZFP) in VT2, PT2
- ET2, MT2, and UT certificates are desirable
- Completed training in a metalworking profession
- Several years of experience in a relevant field
- Manual skills and experience in working with high-alloy metals
- Methodological knowledge for continuous improvement and LEAN is desirable
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Team player with flexibility
- Good German language skills
- English language skills are an asset
