Supply Chain Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Supply Chain Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with market-leading retailers and brands from the fashion industry.
As a Supply Chain Relations Manager, you will act as the connection between our inbound supply chain processes and a single point of contact for our partners. You will monitor key performance indicators, identify potential for further improvement, and lead optimization projects.
Responsibilities- Operational support for diverse topics with a strong procurement focus
- Support of key accounts from a supply chain perspective
- Coordination of inbound capacities with internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators
- Continuous optimization of processes at internal and external interfaces, in cooperation with partners, logistics and service providers, business development, product management, and internal IT
- Successfully completed a degree in economics or comparable studies
- First professional experience in key account or supply chain management, ideally in a digital environment desirable
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of relevant KPIs and their interpretation
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, further IT skills an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- High motivation, a precise and pragmatic way of working
