Junior Supply Chain Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Relations Manager to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize our supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance our supply chain operations.
- Operational Support: Provide operational support to various teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Business Development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a digital environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Personal Qualities: High motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
