Role Summary:
Turkish Airlines is seeking a highly skilled Sales Agent to provide exceptional passenger services and create memorable experiences at our Sales Office. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in handling Reservation/Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Reservation/Booking requests with efficiency and issue tickets for both domestic and international flights.
- Calculate fares, arrange routes based on passenger requests, and provide schedule and fare information.
- Ensure seamless coordination throughout the passenger journey, including processes such as Endorsement, Rerouting, and the return of tickets.
- Report and register operational income, cost, financing, and financial statistical information in relevant IT systems like SAP, ERP, and DOP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in local language(s).
- Availability to work in shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.
