HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a Product Manager Naval Assets for MSSR to join their team in Munich/Taufkirchen.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development teams for Naval Assets MSSR
- Drive forward civil and military approvals for future products
- Define requirements for assets in cooperation with project managers and sales department
- Set up and track budget for development activities
- Create and maintain schedules/release plans for development activities
- Ensure HMS-compliant product life cycle
- Further develop existing portfolio in close cooperation with other IFF product managers/project managers, sales/bid and program management
- Communicate with external stakeholders (AIMS, BAAINBw, WTD, various customers)
About You
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, communications engineering or comparable
- Professional experience in project management, project management in development
- Specific knowledge of IFF system technology advantageous
- PMI/IPMA certification or comparable advantageous
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills in a demanding work environment
- Ability to motivate and lead an interdisciplinary team
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Business fluent in German and English
