About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at think-cell. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategy and processes to attract and retain top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to support our company's growth and expansion.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Personio, ensuring seamless integration with our recruitment processes.
  • Work closely with our Marketing team to develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Conduct interview training sessions and develop structured interview kits to ensure consistency and fairness in our hiring process.
  • Lead the recruitment process for key positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with our freelance Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure alignment with our company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven experience with competency-based interviews and conducting interview training sessions for hiring managers.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in implementing recruitment processes and managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven experience in developing direct search pipelines.
  • Fluent in English, German language proficiency is considered a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
