Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Sherborne Talent Solutions in the cosmetics industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and building strong relationships with customers in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Provide a welcoming and professional experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our premium cosmetic products, effectively communicating their benefits and features to customers.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our team.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Passionate and Driven Approach: A passionate and driven approach to sales, with a keen interest in the cosmetics industry and a desire to succeed.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
