Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Associate / Retail Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Perform various sales tasks, including cashiering, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Independently manage the store during your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize our store tablet for inventory checks and customer card activations
- Prior work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
- A passion for fashion and families, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible availability within store hours from Monday to Saturday, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts
