Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tire Development Engineer to join our R&D team in Hannover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and introducing qualitative and cost-competitive passenger car tires for the European replacement market.
Responsibilities
- Product Development: Develop and introduce new passenger car tire products that meet internal, market, and regulatory requirements.
- Product Planning: Support product planning for the European market, including market analysis and trend identification.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor the regional market and identify product development trends to ensure our products meet customer needs.
- Product Performance: Collaborate with Technical Customer Service to monitor product performance in the regional market and derive corrective actions where necessary.
- Technology Development: Lead and participate in technology and tire line development projects relevant to the European replacement market.
- Communication: Regularly communicate with our headquarters to ensure alignment and coordination.
- Brand Support: Support Linglong's brand activities and promote our brand values.
- Production Support: Provide support to our production site as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Academic degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in PCR tire development.
- Tire Production Knowledge: Familiarity with tire production processes for passenger car tires.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Open-minded, team player, strong communication skills.
