Key Responsibilities- Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of our warehouse automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with our robotics team to ensure seamless integration and capacity planning.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards and develop SOPs to maintain process quality.
- Develop and implement new processes, and analyze data to inform KPI-driven decision-making.
- Provide first- and second-level user support and maintain user documentation.
- Several years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems or warehouse automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and MS Office.
- Business fluent English and German skills.
- A competitive salary within the range of 42,000€ - 70,000€ gross per year, based on your skills and experience.
