About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Automation Specialist to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our warehouse automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our warehouse automation systems, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with robotics and automation equipment, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies, providing documentation and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in our warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements, using metrics such as KPIs and productivity metrics.
  • Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate and maintain automation systems.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management systems or warehouse automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability for on-call duty in case of emergencies.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and MS Office.
  • Business fluent English and German skills.
