About the Role

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability within the business unit. You will own the P&L and lead sales operations, business process optimisation, and team management. We are looking for a growth-oriented sales leader to take on the responsibility of leading a fast-growing business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenue for an ERP software business, drive meaningful growth in sales, deliver and manage forecasts, budgets, and roadmaps.
  • Implement and manage company OKRs to build a culture of performance and accountability prepared for scale up.
  • Create an informed, educated, and highly motivated sales culture.
  • Lead and coach the sales team in engaging with customers and new prospects to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the face of the company, a thought leader engaging with associations and presenting at industry events and conferences.
  • Build a network within the industry to understand trends and build relationships with strategic partners.
  • Evaluate and assess new markets or verticals for the product.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on sales management experience in a high-growth B2B Software / SaaS environment.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise sales ideally with customers in the services / broader construction industry.
  • Experience of leading the transition of a software company from perpetual license to SaaS, including the migration of customers.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplined teams to successful and measurable outcomes.
  • A sales playbook from marketing to customer success including processes and KPIs.
  • An entrepreneurial DNA, small-ego focused on team-driven success versus individual recognition, and a hands-on personality.
  • A growth mindset focused on constantly learning and improving both individually and at the company.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
