Senior Manager Customer Order Management

As a strategic leader in Supply Chain, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our global Order-to-Cash process. Your expertise will ensure the development of a resilient and future-proof supply chain structure that meets the demands of our expanding healthcare business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in global projects, coordinating resources and process owners to drive process portfolio development.
  • Optimize the Order to Cash process by standardizing processes, defining technological improvements, and creating digital solutions.
  • Create business blueprints for innovative IT solutions in Supply Chain execution.
  • Develop and incorporate state-of-the-art order practices, bringing outside-in knowledge to the team.
  • Define strategic direction with external consultants and proactively set project and performance targets.
Your Profile:
  • A relevant academic degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record in managing multiple teams and projects in an End-to-End SC environment.
  • Leadership experience, with a strong ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • High analytical thinking and modeling skills, with strong communication and change management abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
