Collection Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned and dynamic Collection Analyst to lead our efforts in fine collection, data management, and financial optimization. As a key player in our operations, you'll oversee the end-to-end collection process, ensuring efficient data collection, process evaluation, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Collection Oversight: Lead the fine collection process, focusing on data collection, process improvement, and financial optimization.
- Owner Data Management: Develop workflows to retrieve car owner data efficiently, adhering to EU regulations and data protection laws.
- Payment Adaptation: Understand and adapt processes to accommodate international payment patterns.
- Performance Metrics: Define, analyze, and monitor KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Process Improvements: Develop and refine processes to streamline operational collection activities.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to enhance operations and customer experience.
- Background: Proven experience in collections, analytics, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Data-Driven Approach: Demonstrated ability to implement process-specific KPIs.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decision Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
