German Language Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a German Language Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German (native level) and strong English skills (C1 level) are required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Technical Competence: Strong computer skills and an ECDL certificate are preferred.
- Work Flexibility: Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
