Position: Corporate German Language Instructor (Remote Work)
We seek dynamic, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individuals from diverse backgrounds who will assist in transforming our clients' communication abilities, making them more competitive in today's fast-paced business environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and can infuse energy into the learning process.
As an instructor, you will conduct live online sessions for our clients. Our learners primarily consist of business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may engage with a CEO, senior manager from a leading firm, scientist, doctor, lawyer, or other specialists from various fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate live video training sessions for individual learners or groups during each session;
- Compose lesson reports for learner groups to summarize the content covered in each session.
Required Qualifications
- A college or Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of teaching experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English (both oral and written).
- Willingness to conduct video classes.
- Proficient in utilizing online platforms for teaching.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace is essential.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in editing and/or proofreading is a plus.
- Energetic, pleasant, and engaging demeanor.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
Technical and Work Requirements
- A dedicated quiet workspace.
- PC or Mac (laptop or desktop).
- A noise-cancelling headset with a microphone.
- Webcam capability (internal or external).
Operating System: Minimum Requirements
- PC or Laptop: Windows 10 or later or Mac (Monterey/Ventura/Sonoma).
