Join Our Team as a Rehabilitation Assistant (m/w/d) for Acute/Rehabilitation Area

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team in the Acute/Rehabilitation Area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Creating and editing extension requests based on medical guidelines
  • Interdisciplinary information transmission during medical visits
  • Validation of necessary assessments
  • Monitoring and controlling patient stay duration
  • Participating in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and documenting team discussions
  • DRG coding in our department for early rehabilitation
  • Preparing patient files and electronically forwarding them to the MD (Medical Department)
Your Qualifications
  • Completed education in the medical field, such as nursing assistant (m/w/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/w/d), or geriatric nurse (m/w/d)
  • Desirable: further education as a medical coding specialist
  • Experience in neurology or neurological rehabilitation is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to continue education and training
  • Reliability, honesty, and high sense of responsibility
