We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Improvement Specialist to join our international Operational Finance team within our Finance Functional Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting standardized processes for ongoing financial process assessments of our IT platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute assessments of our IT platforms using project management skills.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as Finance, Tech, and Internal Audit to align examination focus.
  • Lead audit processes under Finance/Accounting relevant aspects, independently performing audit procedures and formulating recommendations for action.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Ensure implementation of recommendations in processing teams, oversee IT development, and monitor requirement implementation.
  • Drive the development of the Financial Process Assessment area by creating standard audit catalogs or exchanging information with our Internal Auditing department.

About You:

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable education and have first professional experience in finance, controlling, accounting, data, and process analysis.
  • You possess strong process and business understanding, and first accounting knowledge is an advantage.
  • You are self-initiative, highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
  • You communicate confidently in English (German language skills are also beneficial).
