As part of the ONEGLOBE initiative, we are seeking a Working Student in Service and Contact Management (m/f/d) within the realm of Communication and Customer Experience for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) at KWS Berlin GmbH.

This role is temporary and part-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to communicate both new and existing services, develop presentations, draft and review news articles, and assist in the preparation of newsletters prior to distribution.
  • Create engaging interactive multimedia content that captivates users across digital and traditional media.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of current communication channels, ensuring content is up-to-date, usage is maximized, and overall quality is improved.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer experience and strive to elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and develop communication skills within the team and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as Communications, Marketing, Customer Experience, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe software including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
  • You prioritize the needs of your colleagues, ensuring their inquiries and requests are addressed promptly and effectively. You are committed to improving processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Eager to quickly learn new tasks, you take initiative and responsibility for mastering your role.
  • Enjoy engaging in discussions with diverse colleagues to find optimal solutions, maintaining open, honest, and respectful communication.
  • Comfortable addressing conflicts and viewing challenges as opportunities to clarify issues and develop better solutions.
  • Proficient in both German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
