About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Executive Business Leader to join our team at Technology & Strategy in Hanover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in business development and management to take on a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: As a Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our Strasbourg branch in Germany. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and negotiate contracts.
- Management: You will manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals. You will also be responsible for organizing annual interviews and performance reviews.
- Recruitment of Consultants: You will work closely with our HR team to source and recruit top talent for our business. You will conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and ensure that new hires are integrated into our team seamlessly.
Requirements
- You are a graduate of a Business School or have a Master's degree in Sales or Sales Engineering. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or similar role.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a tenacious approach to achieving your goals. You are an entrepreneur at heart and have a proven track record of success in a similar position.
- You are fluent in English (C1 level) and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
