We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities and Logistics Operations Manager Assistant to join our team at French Consulting in Sinsheim, Germany.
Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain personnel records, including new hires and separations.
- Draft contingency offers, offer letters, extension letters, and termination letters.
- Update HR databases with new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves.
- Provide orientations for new employees, sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Complete In-Processing packages for new hires and Out-Processing documentation for outgoing personnel.
- Arrange travel accommodations and review and process expense reports for personnel.
- Manage the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly.
- Answer employee queries about HR-related topics, such as W2s and paystubs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication.
- Participate in HR projects, such as organizing a job fair event, Christmas Party, or Family Day.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Knowledge in customer service.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluency in English and German languages.
