Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Berater:in (m/w/d) - Test-Analyst:in (m/w/d) - Quality Assurance, der sich mit Begeisterung und innovativen Ideen den Aufgaben und den Herausforderungen unserer Kunden stellt.

Was Du erwartest
  • Beratungstätigkeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten und agilen Projektteams
  • Strukturierter Aufbau von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung in der IT / Softwareentwicklung
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von fachlichen Tests für Softwaresysteme
  • Mentoring von Student:innen in partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit
  • Koordination zwischen Fachbereichen und IT
  • Einführung von Testautomatisierung
  • Mitgestaltung unserer Testautomatisierungswerkzeugs "mateo"
  • Kontinuierliche Ausbildung in allen Aspekten der Software-Qualitätssicherung
Was Du ausmacht
  • Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Software Testing und Business-Analyse sowie sichere Anwendung von Analyse- und Spezifikationsstandards wie z. B. UML und BPMN
  • Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung und/oder im IT-Umfeld sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, idealerweise eigene Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierung im Bereich Software Testing
  • Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität
