Key Responsibilities

As an XR Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary communication link between our partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on technical, creative, and logistical aspects.

Your role will involve drafting project proposals, funding requests, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies.

You will establish, prioritize, and manage project timelines, monitor milestones and deliverables, and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Collaborating with both internal and external teams, you will refine and document the prototype production workflow by scheduling, facilitating, and ensuring adherence to best practices, capturing the overall status of projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event management, XR, project oversight, and marketing

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
