Key Responsibilities

In the role of XR Project/Event Manager, you will serve as the primary communication bridge between our partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on technical, creative, and logistical aspects.

Your responsibilities will include drafting project proposals, preparing funding applications, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies.

You will establish, prioritize, and maintain project timelines, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and effectively communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Collaborating with both internal and external teams, you will refine and document the prototype production workflow by scheduling, facilitating, and ensuring adherence to best practices, thereby capturing the overall status of the projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event management, XR, project coordination, and marketing
  • Proficiency in crafting proposals and marketing documentation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Skilled in utilizing project/task management software
  • Able to collaborate effectively with others remotely using
